Every piece is nickel-free and hypoallergenic and all materials are exclusive and finely selected with attention to detail.
Wearing you Jewellery: Treat your jewellery with care and avoid activities that will expose your jewellery to scratches. Remove your jewellery before bed, showering and washing your hands. Remove your jewellery before going in the ocean.
Storing your jewellery: Store your jewellery in a safe place; remember to keep your jewellery in a dry space, and do not store it in your bathroom as steam and humid conditions can affect it. Many of our pieces are made with real shells and baroque pearls which are delicate in nature. Protect your jewellery by individually storing each piece in the box it is shipped with or soft material to help avoid breakage, scratching or tangling. Always pack your jewellery with care.
Protect Your Jewellery: Protect your jewellery by avoiding extreme temperatures, banging/ dropping on hard surfaces, scratches and harsh chemicals to minimize damage or wear. Care should always be taken when wearing delicate, natural materials.
We choose our materials carefully in order to be long-lasting and hard-wearing but any plated jewellery will wear out over time. Follow these guidelines to ensure your jewellery maintains it's beauty for years.

We ship Aus Post tracked parcel complimentary on all orders. If you require your parcel faster please choose express shipping at checkout.
New Zealand Shipping:
We ship Australia Post Express to New Zealand for a flat rate of $15AUD. According to Australia Post shipping is 2-5 business days between metro areas. These times cannot be guaranteed and delays are common.
International Shipping :
Important Notes Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.
We ship DHL EXPRESS to all countries outside of Australia and New Zealand for a flat rate of $20AUD. Shipping times generally fall between 2-8 business days.
Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Pieces may appear slightly different from the items shown online as many of our materials are natural/organic.
Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
REPAIRS
We offer a 6 month free repair policy. This covers regular wear and tear but please follow our CARE GUIDE to ensure you're giving your new jewellery the love it deserves. Email Taryn@briwok.com with any repair requests.
RETURNS
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please note, shoppers must return the packages via a tracked service. Briwok does not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected and confirmed as new. To initiate a return please email Taryn@briwok.com

MEASURE A RING
You'll need a ring and a ruler.
2. Measure inside of the ring, horizontally across the widest part, from side to side (in mm). This will give you the ring diameter.
3. Use the conversion chart to find your size.

MEASURE YOUR FINGER
You'll need scissors, paper, a pen and a ruler.
2. Pull the paper so it’s snug against your skin to ensure a proper fit.
3. Mark where the paper meets.
4. Measure the distance with a ruler (in mm) for your fingers' circumference.
5. Use the conversion chart to find your size.
6. If your knuckle is larger than the base of your finger, repeat the process around your knuckle, ensuring you measure it tightly. Compare the two sizes and consider sizing up to fit the ring over your knuckles.
