Each piece is handcrafted to order and made specifically for you. I do my best to ship all order within two days of purchase. Please note all pieces are hand made and shipped from the Australia.

Important Notes Duties and taxes are NOT included in the total at check out.
Standard Shipping to US includes tracking and generally takes 3 weeks. Express Shipping generally takes 2 weeks or less but again, this is an estimate.
Standard Shipping to other Countries varies but all parcels include tracking.
Our prices are not inclusive of any taxation or customs charges you may be liable for on your packages entry into your country. Please refer to your countries government website for more information.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure: We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back and will incur a re-shipping fee.
Pieces may appear slightly different from the items shown online as many of our materials are natural/organic.
Lost Packages : If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we possibly can to assist you. We are not responsible for packages once proof of delivery is generated.
We offer a 6 month free repair policy. This covers regular wear and tear but please follow our CARE GUIDE to ensure you're giving your new jewellery the love it deserves. Email Taryn@briwok.com with any repair requests.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product. Please note, shoppers must return the packages via a tracked service. Briwok does not pay for return shipping. A refund will be issued once the product is received and inspected and confirmed as new. To initiate a return please email Taryn@briwok.com
